Note that Pokémon Cards in Pokémon TCG Pocket can be obtained from booster packs. However, not from any Booster Pack because there are specific booster sets from Shining Reverly onwards, and it seems like they will become normal going forward. These rare drops come with low offering rates, and when you open a pack, there will be two tiers of Shiny Cards, with different drop rates.
